Are your products Natural?
Our skincare products are 100% natural and made from plant derived ingredients. We do not use any synthetic, or harmful ingredients in our formulations. Ingredients are sustainably sourced and we always choose organic, where possible.
Are your products Vegan?
All of our products are vegan, cruelty free, waterless and plastic free.
Where are your skincare products manufactured?
Our skincare products are proudly manufacture in Cape Town, South Africa. The bulk of the oils used in our formulations are harvested in Africa and we limit our carbon footprint by manufacturing close to source.
Why do you use African Oils?
These oils have been used for centuries and have been proven over time, and now scientifically, to have exceptional benefits for all skin types. As our home is Cape Town, it is a natural choice for us to use ingredients which are sustainably sourced locally.
When will I receive my order?
Your order will be shipped as soon as possible and should reach you within 1 – 3 days, depending on your location within South Africa. We will notify you if any of the products ordered are out of stock and these will take longer to deliver.
Can I return my order if I'm not happy with it?
Due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns of products that are in their original packaging and unopened.
